- COMPLIMENTARY STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100:
All domestic orders over $100 will receive complimentary standard shipping. Orders under $100 requesting Express or Overnight shipping will be charged a standard shipping fee plus a $10 Express surcharge or $15 Overnight surcharge. Orders over $150 will have the standard shipping fee waived; only the $10 Express surcharge or the $15 Overnight surcharge will apply. We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order. Monarch Boutique is not responsible for items once they have been delivered to the destination address by the carrier. - Privacy & Security

If you would like to unsubscribe from our email list, please email us of your request. We will remove your name from our email list as soon as possible. - All Monarch Boutique merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you.
Refund Process: A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. The Customer is responsible for sending the item to be returned back to Monarch Boutique. It is recommended that you use tracking, if the package is lost it is not the responsibility of Monarch Boutique.
If an order is cancelled, a refund will be processed less a $20.00 restocking and intercept fee.
Price Adjustments: If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 14 days of the sale offering.
